These Billing Terms & Conditions explain how payments are processed when you make a purchase from www.viareline.co ("we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these billing terms.

  • Your financial data is never stored on our servers

Payment Method Selection: Choose your preferred payment method at checkout. Available options may vary based on your device and location.

2. Payment Authorization & Timing

Payment Authorization:

When you place an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including:

  • Product price(s)
  • Applicable sales tax (if required in your state)
  • Shipping costs (FREE on all U.S. orders)

Charge Timing:

Your payment method is charged immediately at the time you complete your order (when you click "Place Order" or "Complete Purchase").

Authorization Holds:

Some payment methods (particularly credit/debit cards) may show an "authorization hold" on your account before the final charge is processed. This hold typically:

  • Appears within minutes of placing your order
  • Converts to a final charge within 1-2 business days
  • May show as "pending" on your statement initially

Pre-Authorization:

By submitting your order, you pre-authorize the charge. If your order cannot be fulfilled or is cancelled, the authorization will be released according to your financial institution's policies (typically 3-7 business days).

3. Payment Disputes & Resolution

⚠️ If you have concerns about a charge from Viareline, please contact us BEFORE initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company.

  • Payment method used
  • Description of the issue
  • What resolution you're seeking

We respond to all payment inquiries within 24 business hours.

Step 2: Investigation

We will:

  • Review your order details
  • Verify the charge amount
  • Check order status (shipped, delivered, returned)
  • Investigate any discrepancies

Step 3: Resolution

Depending on the issue, we will:

  • Issue a refund if appropriate (see our Refund Policy)
  • Provide order documentation
  • Correct any billing errors
  • Explain valid charges

Resolution timeframe: Most payment disputes are resolved within 2-3 business days.

Common Payment Issues & Solutions:

"I don't recognize this charge":

  • Check your order confirmation email
  • Verify the charge amount matches your order total
  • Charges may appear as "VIARELINE" or "Shopify" on statements
  • Contact us with the charge date and amount for verification

"I was charged twice":

  • One charge may be an authorization hold (not a duplicate charge)
  • Authorization holds typically drop within 3-7 days
  • Contact us to verify if an actual duplicate charge occurred
  • We will immediately refund any confirmed duplicate charges

"The charge amount is wrong":

  • Verify the total includes product price + applicable sales tax
  • Check your order confirmation for the correct total
  • Contact us if the charge doesn't match your order confirmation
  • We will investigate and correct any billing errors

"My payment was declined":

  • Verify card details (number, expiration, CVV, billing address)
  • Check with your bank (insufficient funds, fraud holds, international restrictions)
  • Try a different payment method
  • Contact us if problems persist

Chargebacks:

⚠️ Important: Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Your order being cancelled
  • Account restrictions for future orders
  • Additional fees from payment processors

We are committed to resolving all payment issues fairly and quickly. Please give us the opportunity to address your concerns before filing a chargeback.

Chargeback Disputes: If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to provide evidence to your financial institution (order confirmation, tracking, delivery proof), contest invalid chargebacks, and recover costs associated with fraudulent chargeback claims.

4. Payment Failures & Order Errors

Declined Payments:

If your payment is declined during checkout:

  1. Verify Payment Details:
    • Card number entered correctly
    • Expiration date is current
    • CVV/security code is correct
    • Billing address matches card on file
  2. Check with Your Bank:
    • Sufficient funds available
    • Card not expired or blocked
    • No fraud holds placed on account
    • International transactions allowed (if applicable)
  3. Try Alternative Payment:
    • Use a different credit/debit card
    • Try PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay
    • Contact your bank to authorize the transaction
  4. Contact Us for Help:

    If payment issues persist, email support@viareline.co with order attempt details, payment method tried, and error message received.

Order Not Completed:

If payment is declined, your order is NOT completed and will NOT ship. You must successfully complete payment for your order to be handled.

Billing Address Errors:

Common issues:

  • Billing address doesn't match card on file
  • Apartment/unit number missing
  • ZIP code incorrect

Solution: Verify your billing address matches exactly what your bank has on file for your payment method.

Payment Handling Errors:

If you encounter a technical error during payment:

  • Do NOT attempt to reorder immediately (may result in duplicate charges)
  • Check your email for order confirmation
  • Wait 15 minutes, then check your order history
  • Contact us if uncertain whether order went through: support@viareline.co

We will verify whether payment was processed and order was placed.

Accidental Duplicate Orders:

If you accidentally placed the same order twice:

  • Provide both order numbers
  • We will cancel one order if both have not yet shipped
  • Refunds issued within 5-7 business days

Order Modification After Payment:

⚠️ Important: Due to our fast handling times (orders ship within 1-2 business days), we cannot modify orders after payment is completed.

Cannot be changed after order placement:

  • Product selection
  • Quantity
  • Shipping address
  • Payment method

To modify an order:

  • We will attempt to cancel and refund if not yet processed
  • You can then place a new order with correct details

5. Refund Handling

When refunds are issued, they are handled back to your original payment method.

Refund Timeframes:

Our Handling:

  • Refunds initiated within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • You will receive email confirmation when refund is handled

Bank/Card Handling:

  • Credit/debit cards: 5-10 business days after we handle refund
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Digital wallets: 3-7 business days

Total timeframe: 10-17 business days from return receipt to funds in your account

Refund Amounts:

Full refunds include:

  • Product price
  • Original sales tax charged

NOT refunded:

  • Return shipping costs (unless item is defective/incorrect)
  • Original shipping costs (all orders ship FREE)

Refund Method:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit card → Same card
  • PayPal → Same PayPal account
  • Digital wallet → Same wallet

We cannot issue refunds to different payment methods or accounts.

6. Sales Tax Collection

State Requirements:

We collect sales tax on orders shipped to states where we are required to collect tax under applicable state laws.

Tax Calculation:

  • Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout
  • Based on your shipping address
  • Rates determined by state, county, and local jurisdictions
  • Shown separately in your order total

Tax Exemption:

If you have a valid tax exemption certificate:

  • Provide your tax exemption certificate
  • We will create a tax-exempt order for you

7. Pricing Accuracy & Errors

Price Commitment:

We strive to ensure all prices on our website are accurate. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Pricing Errors:

In the rare event of a pricing error:

Before Order Ships:

If we discover a significant pricing error before shipping your order, we will:

  1. Notify you via email
  2. Give you the option to:
    • Proceed at the correct price, OR
    • Cancel for a full refund

After Order Ships:

If a pricing error is discovered after shipping:

  • You will be charged the price shown at checkout (the price you agreed to)
  • We honor the price displayed at the time of purchase

Price Changes:

  • Prices may change at any time without notice
  • Orders in progress are not affected by price changes
  • The price at the time you complete checkout is honored

Promotional Pricing:

  • Promotional prices are valid during the specified promotion period only
  • Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders
  • Only one promotional code per order (unless otherwise specified)

8. International Payments

U.S. Orders Only:

We currently only ship within the United States and only accept orders with U.S. shipping addresses.

International Payment Methods:

While we accept international credit cards and payment methods, orders must be shipped to a U.S. address.

Currency Conversion:

  • All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD)
  • If paying with an international card, your bank will convert charges to your local currency
  • Currency conversion rates and foreign transaction fees are determined by your bank
  • We have no control over exchange rates or foreign transaction fees applied by your financial institution

9. Order Handling & Cancellation

Order Handling:

Orders are handled within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Once your payment is confirmed, your order is immediately handled and prepared for shipment.

Cancellation Window:

Due to our fast handling times, cancellation requests must be made within 30 minutes of order placement.

  • Include your order number in your request

Once your order has been handled and handed to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or return the item after receipt.

Address Modifications:

  • Address changes may be possible within 1 hour of order placement
  • After 1 hour, or once the order has shipped, changes cannot be guaranteed

10. Payment Security

Your security is our priority. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted connections using:

  • SSL/TLS Encryption: All payment data is transmitted securely over HTTPS
  • PCI-DSS Compliance: Our payment processors meet industry security standards
  • No Card Storage: We do not store your full credit card information on our servers
