Returns & Refunds


All sales are final. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.


Defective items only. The sole exception is items that arrive with a verified manufacturing defect. If your item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and supporting photos.


No remorse returns. Change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or dissatisfaction with results are not eligible for return or refund.

For defective item claims, email us at viareline@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted.
