Returns & Refunds
7-Day Returns: We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging and unopened. Please contact us at viareline@outlook.com with your order number to initiate a return.
1-Year Warranty: Every device is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects — including issues like battery failure or screen malfunction. The warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect, misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
How to Request a Return or Warranty Claim: Email us at viareline@outlook.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos of the item. Claims without photo documentation cannot be processed.
Claim Windows:
- Returns: within 7 days of delivery, unopened items only
- Warranty claims: within 1 year of delivery, factory defects only
Not Covered:
- Opened or used items being returned for change of mind
- Damage caused by drops, water exposure, or improper use
- Claims submitted without photo evidence
- Claims submitted after the applicable window
