Shipping & Fulfillment
Processing time. All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of order receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders cannot be modified. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address, product selection, or any other order details.
Orders cannot be cancelled. All orders are final upon placement. We do not accept cancellation requests at any stage of the fulfillment process.
Carrier responsibility. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier and a tracking number has been issued, we are not responsible for lost, misplaced, delayed, or damaged packages. Any claims for lost shipments must be filed directly with the carrier.
